I worked for toys r us during the bankruptcy and we where promised severance packages if we stayed til the end. And at the end the CEO and the board stole them and gave themselves massive multi million $ bonuses for destroying the company.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership ran the company into the ground only to end up stealing from employees and giving it to themselves for doing such a bad job.
