On ur feet 12-20 hours running around sometimes no break huge store working within every department and dealing with issues is a lot for very little money

Employees stop trying to break each other down to move ahead. Motivating the team in positive manner and building ur store moral will make it such a better investment to be in
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication with employees and acknowledging the time and effort we put in. Doesn't have to happen always but sometimes is nice. They need to know we are all people and should be treated fairly not make ppl feel belittled.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
No workers are great some do have bad attitudes towards others and some are on a high horseand instead of taking credit for jobs that other ppl do they need to learn how to be respectful and work as a team inorder to continue success within the franchise and store
