I was signed on at 15.05 hourly, with the nighttime weekend differential, yet have I been paid the difference.

Screen applications, and spend time training the right people instead of putting on the snooze and letting the revolving door rest.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Spending quality time training properly, to ensure the people know what to ask, and how when things go awry. Sink or swim
