I think this company takes care of their employees well, but they don't bire store/district managers appropiately. When you have a problem they don't solve it. When you work hard.. no "good job." My store manager didn't care when I put my 2 weeks and I am one of the best workers at that store.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
BAD MANAGEMENT!! Work on the management!!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The coworkers are not mean.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Saying "good job" when we do well. Not bashing on us when we don't get a credit card. Showing respect towards their workers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My coworkers are nice and caring. The only thing is the motivation is going because our store manager isn't motivated and hates it there.
What did you like most about the interview process?
At the time i had a different manager and he was nice/outgoing and fun in the work place. So, the interview was easy going.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I asked for a raise because I'm one of the best workers. I didn't get it so I'm going somewhere else. Keep in mind I asked for an additional 50 cents... from $14 an hour to $14.50. Maybe, hire store managers that care for their workers..
