You have to "use" your earned PTO by the end of the year or you forfeit it. They won't pay out any unused hours either. If you do try to use your PTO, they will still schedule your for the same amount of days, they just pay you for your regular day off. So you don't actually get any extra time off.

Some people are good. But with all the inconsistency and lack of accountability it often makes the few good employees leave.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being able to actually take the days off when I schedule my PTO. Get to take the extra time off that I earn.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Appreciating your employees by properly rewarding them accordingly and following company policies. Actually let them used these awesome employee benefits you claim to offer. Letting them take their earned paid time off and not just paying them for their regular days off.
