I do not need it. I am retired military and am collecting that retirement.
Being able to help a customer, and them leaving happy and me knowing they will be coming back.
Most of our team work together, except the one individual who is very unprofessional with the District Manager. She has threatened to call him so she can fire people.
The positive is that most of us work together quite well. The negative is the relationship between the district manager and the team lead, which has brought the morale of the store down.
Leadership team, for me, is the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager. They are doing an outstanding job. But hands are tied when the District Manager is always going to the female team lead. He needs to keep it in his pants.
