Horrible. My manager hires drunks and incompitent people and can never lead the team correctly the store is a disaster.

I come to work on time never late and do my job with no call outs and running the store as a reciaver under paid. Manager jires drunk people or people incapable of tractor supply way and also cant keep amy employees to work for her.
