I worked with tsc for 2 years as a team meber, i then was promoted to assistant manager. I have had the district manager i had for a year now and when i call her about incidents like being hit with the fork lift by the store manager i am told "to stop acting like a high schooler with drama"
What did you like most about the interview process?
When i was hired genna made me feel welcome she was super friendly. Made me feel like tsc was the plce for me.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I think many of the employees have potential but them you have the ones who cant work their way up to the top so they sabotage someone elses job
What makes you most happy at work?
My customers are amazing. I will miss them so much because of the situation i have been put it in. Seeing my numbers in gura go up excites me during the day.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The district manager michelle erickson should be what changes for the company to get any better. The way she treats her managers and staff is unexeptable. She will yell/put down the employees at the service desk where everyone can see and hear just to embarrass you
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because i have gone to higher ups about situations that definitely shouldnt have taken place and nothing has happened. I believe i was fired because of this. It is absolutely not okay to fire someone just because they have these things against you. Finding thesmallthingtogetthemfi
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The distrct manager Told me i could not file an incident report about being hit with the fork lift. Nothing happened to this person who hit me with the fork lift or the employees that are stealing in the store. Something needs to xhange or tractor supply will go down.
