I would love the company and wouldnt have quit if our concerns where met or when we have an unprofessional manager when we bring it up it gets adressed i love the company in general but didnt enjoy the store i worked for because of the manager

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Needs an entire new manager one who doesnt talk about his employees behind their backs to other employees. And one who knows how to be professional with his management team and employees
