Stop the discrimination and nepotism by people in local branches
What makes you most happy at work?
Greeting and helping customers. But the managers would not accept fresh eyes to make some things better to think outside the box. They were content with status quo

The good people that worked there left because of the terrible attitude of the 2 assistant managers. I am looking for legal representationfor a disability law suit. I have a below the knee amputation

I was hired as an assembler, and did the job 2 times in the 4 months i worked at tractor supply. The assembly job was being done by the one assistant managers father which did not and was not asked to do any other job in the store. But everyone else had to and me with my disability was forced to
