What did you like most about the interview process?

There was no prolonged waiting for a response. I was hired immediately based on my experience and my presentation of self.

What makes you most happy at work?

Stocking and reorganizing warehouse. Management trusts enough to let me do it on my own. Interacting with customers is a plus.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Everyone is accepted for who they are. Young and old team members interact without a problem. The age range is 18-75 thus a nice mix.

The manager needs to think about their employees and give them praise and support
