Wages have not risen with cost of living. This company has cut benefits as well, all while padding their wallets on the back of average workers
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Again, raise employee morale. Giving games out based on our work is tone deaf corporate. This past Christmas, the only gift received was a corporate Christmas card, all while managers are getting yearly bonuses.
