It used to be fun. I really love working at TSC but the current situation with the manager has everyone unhappy and negative
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Used to be positive. Now becoming more negative every day
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am part time so I do not get any benefits
What did you like most about the interview process?
I really did not have an interview as I was returning to work after an absence.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I used to LOVE going to work everyday. Now everyone is just angry or negative all the time. Puts a damper on the whole day.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to do their job correctly. I am on the freight team and we have members who STILL put things away were they do not belong. Makes more work for the rest of us.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Our manager does NOT care about his employees at all. He only cares what he looks like. If that means throwing us under the bus then so be it. He does not care about out families. I had an emergency with mine and could not be at work and he retaliated with less hours and unavailable hours
