What do you like best about the leadership team?
There is only one lead who makes anything the best about working there always assisting and teaching everyone the best she can
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Doing all the work of a manager and not getting the recognition or respect, all the while the manager takes the credit there is absolutely no way of standing up for yourself even filing reports with HR gets swept under the rug
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
the manager and assistant manager are hostile, always talking behind backs but then hold meetings saying we are not allowed to talk about them. They retaliate against employees who have been there longer then themselves because we know the tractor way and they do not and they want their own way.
