Treating people like humans. We are not animals.

Not a positive work environment. We don’t need to be yelled at or treated badly

The manager who interviewed me was nice. He is no longer at the store I work at.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have 15 years experience and am treated like a teenager and paid fifty cents above minimum wage
