Attitudes towards their responsibilities are poor and their attitudes towards one another are poor.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love the fast pace and the customers that come in with smiles and leave with smiles.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
I would like to see better more respectful and responsible people on the management team instead of the ones that are there now
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I honestly believe replacing everyone in exchange for people with better attitudes and personality traits would make it a better place to work I have heard each and every employee complain and use profanity against the company that employs them making it a miserable experience for myself
