Interacting with the customers, good or bad.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation is extremely low IMHO

I felt comfortable not intimidated.

Friendly, hardworkers, always willing to help if you need it.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I really cant rate the CEO or the Executive Team because I have never met them. The Store 1596 has a GREAT management team.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Management is ALWAYS very good about thanking us for coming in and working hard. They are always quick to lend us a hand if we need it.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

The manager needs to think about their employees and give them praise and support
