Overall, my experience is good. I think management needs to stop stirring drama and remain neutral and factual when handling team members. There should not be favoritism in the work place. Management also needs to be held accountable for their actions as well.

Not stirring drama and actually supporting their employees instead of discriminating against them due to their professions.

Management stirs drama among the team members. No one takes responsibility for their actions, and they constantly push stuff off on other team members to fix.
