It's okay. I don't hate it, but I don't love it either. Too much drama.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are plenty of friendly customers.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They both came off as positive.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The drama, and rudeness of managment. It can be improved by replacing the people we have currently.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If people would stop playing sides if someone gets into an argument. It's childish. And if my Team Leader and Store Manager would stop bashing everyone.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They take everything like a grain of salt. It's all one ear, and out of the other. They don't listen, and they don't care. Only 4 I would say out of everyone is a good co worker.
