I'm miserable there. My experience thus far is not acceptable. Horrible communication, lack of training, no team work.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was fast. 10 minute interview.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Co-workers and managers to be more helpful. Everyone is miserable and don't want to help others.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
If I was trained properly, not just one day of training. Co-workers need to stop being rude and be more helpful. I don't feel like I'm welcome there.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Co-workers are not friendly or helpful. They ignore me when I ask for help. They ignore me when I say good morning. However they are helpful to customers. It's not a work friendly atmosphere. No team work.
