It started out awsome then a new store manager came in and did not have the management skills for the job or have the training for the covid-19 first response and disinfectant process was totally absent minded about High risk employees!!

The most positive about our store is the customers!!

Teamwork, customers service and respect for other employees
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Getting incentives when promised, I feel that I am bullied by management and Senior employees, they make me feel uncomfortable with there remarks and belittling expressions!!
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Better store manager would be a start, for it is with the store manager that we would get the tools and respect for other employees that we need to succeeded!!
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes my most happy is that I get to see my regulars and their pet's for they make me feel awsome and pump me up for the rest of the day!!
