I truly like working at TSC, but the manager at our store is a bully, and isn't fair to all of the employees. I called in yesterday with a migraine, and asked her to please not to cut my hours like she did back in March when I called in sick. Well she cut my hours again within two hours of calling

I have no idea what that is.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It went okay, and I was hired.
What are some of the best things about your team?
All but one, well two are really friendly and treat each other with respect.
What makes you most happy at work?
When the head manager is not there, or out of town for a few days or better.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are great, and all but one treats you like they do everyone else who is employed at TSC. We all get along great.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We all respect each other, and treat each other fairly. The manager does not. She plays favorites, and picks on some of us. She's mean, and a bully.
