Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The leadership at this store is poor to say the least. Managers sexually harassing employees, lazy managers, managers that don’t value you as an employee. Poor management will drive employees away. Just look at the turnover rate the last few month
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Since being enrolled in school TSC is unwilling to be flexible with my schedule. I have clinical studies that must be completed and sometimes run very close time with my schedule. I do make management aware that I may be a bit late (no more than 10 mins) and that I can’t control how patients reac
