What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team (except our DM) communicate well, we treat each other with respect. They are compassionate and inspiring people that work very hard to get the job done and exceed expectations.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Tractor supply is doing great with adjusting hourly team members pay to fair market. The store managers are required to work 50 hours for minimal pay. Most assistant managers make as much as the store manager does to work only 40 hours.
