I absolutely love everything about this job. Very family oriented, my managers are incredible to work for and with, and customer satisfaction is top on their list which to me is more important than anything. They literally go the extra mile for both the customers as well as their employees! GURA!!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Friendly atmosphere, wide variety and different types of people and very down to earth
What did you like most about the interview process?
Very relaxed atmosphere, and it delt like i was sitting down with a friend visiting and not made to feel like there was a right or wrong answer to the questions.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Every one of my co workers make it a team effort in all aspects. We all pull together to finish projects or assigned tasks. Communication is great, and we are all motivated because we genuinely care anout eachother
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They take the time to answer any questions you have and will assist you through it if needed. They are patient, kind, caring and hard working. Dedication to this company and customers is their priority and continually show appreciation for the staff.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy helping the customer find the things they need for certain orojects when they are stumped, i love helping the folks that still have the heart to do things but just physically cant. And i love that people bring their pets in freely
