I enjoy the work but the mangement does not respect their employees

We are very hard worker and dedicated to our jobs

Feeling the acomplishment of getting my work done to the best of my ability

It was quick and easy but that was mainly because of how under staffed we were
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The fact that i get to work alone for the most part and i dont have a lot of people that bother me
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel very under valued, i have gotten two promotions in the almost 4 months that ive been employed at this company but still have yet to see a raise, or any finatial compensation for the extra resposibility that i have taken
