I've been working at tractor supply on Bristol Highway store 520 am I manager Lee Dials is one of the worst managers I've had in my experience she likes to treat people very Poorly and she has made my experience working at tractor supply horrible

Bring a new manager With a far better attitude

They need to work together by working better as a team I'm communicating better and have better communication with the managers
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Do drug test Because there's people that work there that are on drugs and I know for a fact they are
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Their attitude and why they treat Employees and customers because I have experience with one person that I have I work with and she's very hateful towards the customers
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I've been dealing with harassment from my manager over me being out a total of three days since I've been there since July because I've been really sick and she's working me like a dog six days straight without a single break Knowing I had a sick kid at home
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If our store was to get a new manager that make things a whole lot easier instead of me having to go to work every day when she's there and be belittled I'm treated as if I don't belong there or to be made feel like I'm stupid because all the managers there do that
