Everybody has great communication and we were together

Haven't been there long enough

Understands happy employees have higher morale and willingness to provide great service. Goes to bat daily for staff and jumps into help without hesitation.

communication is key it directs staff toward a goal. when the staff are not informed they do not know which would be best to proceed forward.

Our new site manger is doing awesome and is always open to hear our concerns and offer us help n guidance.

What leadership its all lies and no real support

Treating the employees with dignity and respect

EVERYTHING!! Professionalism, conduct, ethics, morals, legal business practices, safety, consistency, etc etc

Everything, especially communication, and bot having other workers do the managers jobs

Most of us have known each other for years. That cant be replaced. We have grown into a team that can handle a lot.

Hire and new crew for all shifts

Better communication between management and corporate. More hands on involvement from home office. Employees would benefit greatly from seeing the important folks drop in and conduct some training or stop by a store to recognize an employee or department for some type of success. Boost morale too
