feeling secure and confident in my tasks and the great work environment (campus, life at trivago, positive thinking colleagues)

Being able to say that I made someone happy

Interacting with coworkers (friends), experiencing new and varied challenges in my work each day.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Trivago stopped investing in innovation - we used to be a market leader commercially and technologically. Now we've lost the competitive advantage and it's hard to get it back.
