What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of them are collaborative and go above and beyond. A handful are not as competent/collaborative, but it is not surprising as many people stay very long in this company and perhaps they need to upskill themselves / the company needs to take a harder look and not always just reward loyalty.
Diverse, multicultural and positive people
always open for peer-exchanges and ready to support in case of difficult to handle situations or when working on new projects where their input is required.
They are extremely helpful to new people
