What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

People are respectful even in disagreements. Radical candour is appreciated and we all work together to make things happen, with very little ego in the way.

The company revolves around vacations and being happy

Open office setup, constructive honest feedback, constant improvement.

Collaborative and Open-Minded Mindsets, very lifely workplace, highly motivated talents, culture of trusting each other and really owning topics, many good leaders to learn from
