The people I interviewed with and how they made the job sound. However all seems to be false
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are forced to work 11 hour shifts 6 days a week much of the year we are losing many employees many whom are veterans because of this and it seems nobody cares.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are willing to work but the balance between work and home is causing them to burnout or slack on quality. Many are just fed up and leaving for far better opportunities and taking other employees with them.
