What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked you that it was quick and to the point. The person to interviewed me with sharp and on point and made it comfortable and actually I enjoyed the hiring process, especially because I got hired!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There needs to be a clear line of who's in charge and who's not. I walked around my branch for an hour realizing I didn't have HR or upwards management other than my sales manager whom which the problem started with, James Phillip the sales manager. He acted in a very imposing manner, unaccepta
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that I am owed if you weeks after putting up with James Phillip and his undeniably rude petulant behavior, all the while acting like he's just the coolest piece of ice in the box. If this is how this company runs, I want nothing to do with it and it should be legally shut down
