Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am a veteran sales member with a higher education. I spend almost every day making phone calls to people who have cancelled the service within the past decade.
What makes you most happy at work?
Actually being used. This has not happened in a little over half a year but on days when I am given legitimate opportunities to succeed the work day is not awful.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was basically offered immediately. I found the reasoning why once I was in training. Most of my coworkers are high school graduates/GED recipients willing to do the job without thinking. It is a very simple job.
