It is a Sales Company. Sales are King. I feel the training for the sales people is a little lacking but with the drive and asking enough questions you can be successful
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is fair. They basically have no health insurance. there is a MEC plan but it isn't regular health insurance and covers almost nothing.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
company more money focused than it is people or customer focused but the main issue that if fixed would solve most of the issues is COMMUNICATION
