Trying to put a smile on there face after they worked a 12 hour day.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There employees. Stop cutting out jobs and laying technicans off. Products could be better.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Employee focus. Better pay. Better benefits. No more call centers for customers or sales.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay a fair market value for the hours you force your employees to work. Benefits are trouble for front line employees. I left because the ability to move up.
