no communication, lack of managment,no room to improve, should have a partner, need better equipment and they expect too much out of one person. very little appreciation with working 50-60 hours a week, basically forced overtime weekly, the list goes on and on. only good thing is the pay with OT

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
getting paid the same amount as someone who bags groceries doesn't seem right, higher starting pay
