Increase quality of work, do not rush to get back early

Work life balance. I am the youngest tech at the branch, working 55-60 hours a week and am a part time student.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Driving a company truck older than me. No ac in most of the trucks. When approaching my manager about workload wnd conditions, the response i got was "overcome it"
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Customers know that we do not always do quality work, customer service lines makes promises that arent communicated to the branches, salespersons do not adequately explain what services they are selling and what the expectations from the techs are
