Pay not worth it and some people aren't genuine in their actions. Get fake niceties when "big wigs" show up its really disappointing to feel like we dont deserve to be treated well unless someone higher up pops in.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager is great genuine and helpful I dont really have anything good say about anyone else.
