This company is terrible and the work environment is unethical at best.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Everyone hates the hours and low pay. The environment is very depressing and everyone always complains.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The employees need to be better compensated for their work efforts and shown a little appreciation.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Employees need to be treated more fairly and there needs to be more compassion and appreciation from upper management.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They make the big money so they don't care if us lower level employees suffer. They make us work in the rain, heat, hurricanes, floods, it doesn't matter. And if we're sick that doesn't matter either; you can be throwing up with the flu and they will demand that you still work otherwise get fired
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm paid a set salary of $500 a week but I'm required to work a mandatory 6 days and 60-70 hours every week. I have absolutely no down time or free time with my children and family and the ridiculous hours we're required to work are definitely not worth a measly $500 a week. That's why I'm quitting
