Better work ethic for sure.

Better pay, better work environment and more help from management.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better management for sure. Needs to be more accountability as well.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Management telling you the same thing, rather than being lied to and then told "we never said that."
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to actually manage staff, respond to customers request and learn how to talk to their staff and customers. Very unprofessional environment.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We work 11-13 hour days in extreme heat and harsh conditions for mediocre pay, while management just tells us to drink water and sit in the truck if it gets too hot. Most of the trucks dont have A/C.
