What did you like most about the interview process?
They made the job sound good. But when you get hired you find out quickly thats not the case
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better pay, better benefits, and faster training. Do less service calls at no charge, and do more jobs that make money.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I cant answer this question talk to your customers and find out for yourself cause apparently i have a no say.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The commercial crew leaders need to be less greedy on giving away old equipment and learn to get used to new equipment sooner.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I worked during the pandemic strike No Hazmat bonus was required. I work in the rain at risk of getting sick. I lay down chemicals that have no effect when a lawn is soaked and rain starts up again after application. Similar jobs starting pay is 18-26 per hour regardless of experience.
