Tellers are responsible for the majority of the work done everyday but they paid the least amount of money. I ran both lanes of DT the entire year we were closed for COVID with no help from the lobby tellers.There is no opportunity for promotion or more pay when you work in a small town branch.

Get paid for the amount of work i am responsible for and not the title i was given
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Pay people for the work they put in not the title they have. I have been there for 5 years and mever been offered UB but am expected to do the same work and more than the UB
