It is out of control. BB&T was better employer before the merger. We’re struggling to keep up the work flowing and now a voluntary retiremen
Tellers are responsible for the majority of the work done everyday but they paid the least amount of money. I ran both lanes of DT the entire year we were closed for COVID with no help from the lobby tellers. There is no opportunity for promotion or more pay when you work in a small town branch.
Too much noise around diversity, equity, and inclusion, too many "Business Resource Groups," but actions speak louder than words. Sr. and mid-level execs are abusive and lead with fear. Every other word is around purpose, mission, and values, every other action is not! Good luck Truist!
Frustrating, toxic culture, a lot of micromanaging
Worst company culture, no ethics. All they care about is sales and making you do the work of 3 people while getting paid 75% of one person.
