What makes you most happy at work?Clocking out at the end of a shift
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company? The most positive thing is the people with positive attitudes
What are some of the best things about your team? The team work. Work with phenomenally smart nurses
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Taking care of their staff! More patients, less staff, higher acuity, less resources, old equipment and supples. Very little real appreciation but lots of expecations, more reaponsibilities and no support.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved? As I said a complete management change which is the weakest link in the system
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? No support or recognition for achievements or going above expedition for my job description.
