Upper management team is detached from day to day operations that managers and their team achieve thru a customer base 7 days a week. Each store creates a team to achieve directives from Corporate with the goal being sales. It is an incredible bond to work with people for shared success.
What did you like most about the interview process?
There was a shopping cart outside and I brought it in along with myself. I got the job!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I know my job, the company I work for, our products and what it takes to be a part of my co-workers ability to feel appreciated for their contributions. Thats all it takes to build a customer base.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We work together, jobs are shared for labor intensive building, unbuilding, shared experiences that are able to keep our customers coming back and enjoy seeing our efforts. That base of shoppers make us essential to their experience to walk in our store.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Folks are missing certain items that we were their "go to" for. Having solid knowledge for this often inquiry would help. Weekly, we receive freight, non specific for being able to share a thought with them to check back...We just explain that we don't know.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Very competent Manager, same goes for the Assistant Mgr. Both very hard workers, kind personalities, patient and upbeat for change. It's a place where we spend a good amount of our life's time, as co-workers, we all belong to each other and our jobs to deal with possible challenges. We are a team!
