Make the question worded for n more simple terms and make the interviewing process less intense.

I work in a high risk environment with low pay. Have not gotten a raise in over three years.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There are to many employees that want to run the business and not enough team players. Employees in management position should have to take a class on how to manage affectively.
