We're not just strangers, most of us have discussed things and worked as a single unit. Very well trained and intelligent people all around.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is a cut above the rest, a fine track record of great decisions and attention to detail. Their influence helps Me feel like I am important too.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting to be a part of something bigger than myself, and being able to directly help countless people every day. It is a good feeling to know my efforts go a long way to better the customers.
What did you like most about the interview process?
My resume wasn't the end all be all of my chances to succeed. I felt the hiring manager was more interested in myself as a person and how I felt I could contribute best. As opposed to just filling a slot.
