They don't pay much if you're not an Engineer and UL has decided to cut all employees bonuses moving forward while they make record profits. They systems they have created are always breaking and we are stuck trying to work around them a lot of the time. IT tickets take days to a week for a response

Working from home has made is somewhat bearable.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They don't pay enough and the healthcare (UHC) is trash.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworkers are leaving in droves and I don't blame them!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership at UL needs to put ALL employees first, not just their prized Engineers who can't even figure out the simple programs we use to store account data.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There was a long period of a couple months where the programs stopped working and everything has to be done as a workaround. Then there was a breach and employees info was leaked and I'm sure customer info as well.
