When I´m at work, I don´t have the time to think about

to learn new things and the challenge if I will get my work done or will the work stack for the next day actually most time it will stack
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
and again my teamleader and some colleagues which help me to get my work done. I also enjoy to learn new things at work and here I learn some thing new nearly each day
What are some of the best things about your team?
Looking at my team I have to say our Team leader is a perfect role model. He makes a great job helpeing and coordinating us. Especialy for me he helps me to grow into a higher role.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would be way happier with 15 grants more each year. I work harder longer and work on more tasks than the nearly 80% of the others and there are still many who get way more money out of it
What did you like most about the interview process?
I would consider some of the questions because some of the two choice questions are not made for a yes or no, as example it would be way better to have a third option like : do you like .... yes no some
